RSM seeks a Business Analyst Capability Leader to strategically and operationally lead and mature its Business Analysis discipline within the Digital Solutions organization. The role owns BA talent strategy, standards, governance, tooling, automation, quality, metrics, and continuous improvement across enterprise digital initiatives in an Agile SAFe environment. The leader will recruit and develop high-performing cross-functional BA teams, align capabilities with rolling roadmaps and business outcomes, integrate BA practices with CI/CD and DevOps workflows, oversee automated functional, performance, and security testing, and communicate with stakeholders across business, product, and technology. A bachelor's degree and extensive experience are required, including 10+ years in BA and at least 5 years leading multi-level cross-functional teams.
