Description
RESPEC is hiring an intermediate Business Analyst – Change & Configuration Management to support Indian Affairs and Office of Information Technology programs, projects, and operational initiatives. The role combines business analysis with specialized Change and Configuration Management, including requirements elicitation, process modeling, testing, CMDB and CCB support, change and release management, configuration audits, and continuous improvement. It requires at least five years of federal IT business analysis experience, U.S. citizenship, the ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance, and experience with federal IT governance, ITIL, and related modernization practices.
