Description

NTT DATA is hiring a Product Owner / Business Analyst - Payments to support corporate banking and payments requirements, user stories, backlog management, Agile ceremonies, system integrations, UAT, and payment-flow analysis across schemes such as SEPA, CHAPS, CHIPS, FEDWIRE, ACH, and SWIFT. The role requires extensive experience in payments, requirements analysis, Agile delivery, system integrations, and client-facing banking work, with a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience. The position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, with two days in the office, and offers a starting pay range of $60 to $62 per hour plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst in Corporate Banking or Transaction Banking
5+ years in requirements elicitation and analysis, including client workshops and stakeholder interviews
6+ years of hands-on experience in the Payments domain supporting EMEA and North America payment schemes
5+ years of experience with payments processing and messaging, including SEPA, CHAPS, CHIPS, FEDWIRE, and ACH
4+ years of experience in Agile delivery environments, including backlog management and sprint ceremonies
3+ years collaborating with technology teams on upstream and downstream system integrations
2+ years in a client-facing role managing business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Payments Transformation or Modernization programs
Exposure to ISO 20022 migration or coexistence initiatives
Prior experience supporting tier-1 or global banks in Corporate or Transaction Banking
Knowledge of SWIFT connectivity models
Experience with API-based integrations, microservices, or event-driven architectures
Familiarity with real-time and instant payment schemes
Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven banking initiatives
Experience supporting cloud-based banking platforms or SaaS solutions
Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, CBAP, or PMI-PBA
Prior experience in onsite–offshore delivery models
Strong documentation skills using Confluence or similar knowledge platforms
