TELUS Health is hiring a Business Analyst for its DB Implementation Team to deliver integrated defined-benefit pension administration solutions for large public-sector clients. The role gathers and analyzes client requirements, documents business and operational needs, maps processes and data across pension, payroll, finance, and related systems, collaborates with architects and developers, defines testing criteria with QA, supports reports and communications, and follows up with stakeholders. It is fully remote with required travel and requires a relevant degree, at least five years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
