Red River Mutual is hiring a full-time Business Analyst in Winnipeg on a hybrid schedule. The role supports the delivery of new core functionality, enhancements, defect fixes, and process improvements within the Guidewire InsuranceSuite platform and related enterprise applications. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, participating in solution design and acceptance testing, supporting quality assurance, investigating production issues, and contributing to process and continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires a degree in computer science or a related discipline, at least five years of business analyst experience, insurance-industry and Guidewire experience, and Guidewire Associate certification.
