Garda Capital Partners is seeking a Business Analyst intern to support its global third-party trade capture and P&L system across fixed income, FX, commodities, credit, and equities. The role provides real-time and end-of-day application support, monitors market data feeds, risk reports, and FIX message flows, gathers user requirements, coordinates with internal technology teams and vendors, supports user onboarding, and tests system releases and hotfixes. The ideal candidate has fixed-income and FX product knowledge, trading or systems-support experience, familiarity with Bloomberg and SQL, strong communication skills, and a master’s degree in STEM or Finance.
