Gildan is hiring a Business Analyst, IT Applications to bridge Distribution Operations and IT. The role supports and enhances warehouse management and ERP applications across distribution centers, gathers and documents requirements, troubleshoots production issues, supports testing and implementations, creates process and training documentation, and participates in on-call support. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, 2–5 years of experience supporting warehouse, distribution, or supply chain operations through IT applications or business analysis, WMS and ERP experience, and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
