INSPYR Solutions is hiring an IT Business Analyst for a 6+ month contract-to-hire role in Charlotte, North Carolina, with a hybrid schedule on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. The position supports the SAP S/4HANA product team on a multi-year ERP implementation and upgrade effort, partnering with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to gather requirements, create user stories, refine backlogs, participate in Agile ceremonies, and support testing and validation. The role requires ERP implementation or transformation experience, Agile/Scrum experience, and strong stakeholder engagement; SAP S/4HANA and finance and accounting process knowledge are preferred. Compensation is $35–$42 per hour on a W2 basis, with medical benefits and a 401(k) retirement plan.
