Business Analyst role within Barclays’ Private Banking Lending tech team in Glasgow, focused on identifying business requirements, analysing problems and client needs, creating business/process/operational designs, supporting business cases, feasibility studies, change management, and end-to-end technology change delivery in an Agile environment. The position requires extensive financial services business analysis experience, strong lending/credit domain knowledge, and the ability to influence stakeholders, manage risk and governance, and support incident resolution.
