Appnovation is hiring a Business Analyst to support strategic digital and business transformation initiatives for Partnership Distribution. The role will elicit and validate business requirements, analyze processes and impacts, support solution design and testing, manage project deliverables and stakeholder communications, and support implementation and business readiness. It requires a bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline, at least five years of hands-on business analysis experience in insurance, and knowledge of insurance distribution channels, core systems, APIs, data integration, and Agile delivery. The position requires availability five days per week in an in-client office in Hong Kong.
