CACI is hiring a full-time Business Analyst - Oracle EBS Budget to Report (B2R) to support a Department of War multi-agency program. The role performs functional analysis, solution design, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and Tier 2/3 end-user support for Oracle EBS R12 Federal Financials, including Budget to Report, Procure to Pay, Contract Lifecycle Management, Acquire to Retire, and Order to Cash. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of DoD or federal Oracle EBS implementation experience, strong financial reporting and configuration expertise, and U.S. citizenship with eligibility for an IT-II background investigation.
