Description
The Business Analyst - Performance Enablement will support the design, development, and implementation of programs, identify opportunities and gaps, collaborate with stakeholders on action plans, and contribute to strategic and cross-functional initiatives. The role requires at least three years of experience in strategy development, business process management, and large-scale project management, along with strong stakeholder influence, communication, data-driven decision-making, financial analysis, and project management capabilities. Previous commercial banking experience, SQL or Python knowledge, and familiarity with machine learning modeling are preferred.
