Asiera is hiring an experienced Business Analyst for its MIS Programme Management team on a permanent contract basis. Reporting to the Programme Manager, the role supports large-scale MIS programmes involving substantial business process change, including requirements gathering, process mapping, functional specification, system upgrades and implementation, UAT, issue monitoring, and end-user training. The position is based at the Dublin 1 office with a flexible arrangement allowing work from home up to three days per week. Candidates need a relevant degree or equivalent qualification, at least three years of business analysis experience, knowledge of programming, system design, IT infrastructure and databases, and strong stakeholder and communication skills.
