Addepto is hiring a Business Analyst / Product Owner to join a senior delivery team modernizing a business-critical aviation platform. The role combines business and systems analysis with product ownership, requiring reverse-engineering of Java/Spring, Oracle, PL/SQL, data, integrations, APIs, and business logic; designing target processes and portals; defining data mappings and integration behavior; managing the product backlog; leading stakeholder workshops; supporting UAT and go-live; and ensuring availability, performance, auditability, and data protection. The position requires at least four years of commercial experience and offers flexible remote or office work arrangements.
