WildBrain CPLG is hiring a Senior Business Analyst with project delivery responsibility to lead the CRM and adjacent workstreams in its Digital Transformation program. The role focuses on business process discovery, future-state design, requirements definition, process mapping, stakeholder workshops, CRM requirements backlog management, vendor selection, and coordination between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. It also includes secondary workstream management responsibilities for scope, timeline, budget, milestones, risks, and issue tracking. The position is based in London, UK, with a hybrid work model.
