Description

Business Analyst / QA-focused implementation role supporting the OLG Program for Bally’s Intralot, acting as the link between business stakeholders, customer representatives, delivery teams, and technical resources. The position gathers and documents requirements, supports solution design, creates and executes test plans and cases, manages defects, and coordinates testing, deployment validation, and implementation readiness in a regulated lottery/gaming environment in Ontario, Canada.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Systems Analysis, software implementation, or related disciplines
Experience supporting large-scale customer-facing technology implementation programs
Experience working within matrix organizations and global delivery models
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in lottery, gaming, government, regulated industries, public sector environments, or critical transaction-processing systems
Awareness of emerging technologies
Ability to travel within Ontario
Ability to work outside normal business hours for testing and deployment
