Description
The Business Analyst/Quality Assurance supports requirements and analysis for delivery teams by eliciting and documenting business and functional requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting backlog refinement and sprint planning, modeling processes and data flows, supporting UAT, and maintaining requirements traceability. The role requires at least three years of business analysis experience on IT projects, Agile and user-story experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a hybrid schedule in Reston, Virginia and client locations in the Washington, D.C. area. Federal IT or financial-regulatory experience and familiarity with Jira/Confluence and AI-assisted tooling are preferred. The salary is $85,000-$95,000 based on pertinent experience.
