Description
The Business Analyst will work with customers and stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, manage user stories in Jira, analyze and maintain data, document processes, support AWS and ServiceNow integrations, participate in testing and deployment, and mentor junior team members. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, customer suitability screening, on-site work in Washington, DC, and relevant education and experience depending on the job level.
