Infolytics is looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and client-facing Business Analyst/Solutions Architect to lead the discovery and design phases of Zoho-based digital transformation initiatives. This role involves aligning client business needs with optimal Zoho solutions, translating business needs into technical requirements, designing high-level system blueprints, preparing detailed implementation proposals, documenting data models and workflows, managing client engagement, and staying updated on Zoho product developments. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent documentation and reporting skills, and a proactive approach to solving complex operational challenges through technology.
