easyJet is hiring a Business Analyst – Supply Chain to join its IT Delivery and Change Team. The role bridges business stakeholders, IT, and the Change function by eliciting and prioritising requirements, leading Agile and Waterfall analysis, assessing impacts and risks, mapping dependencies and data models, collaborating with application, data, security, and architecture teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and maintaining project documentation in JIRA and Confluence. The position offers a competitive base salary, 20% annual bonus potential, pension, life assurance, holiday, and other benefits, with a hybrid working policy of two days per week in the office.
