The Business Analyst - Workforce Development will define system scopes and objectives based on user needs and understanding of business systems and industry requirements. This role involves analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, translating them into specifications, and coordinating with clients, software architects, and development teams. The ideal candidate will have prior BA experience in an IT/software setting, possess strong project management and SDLC knowledge, and be proficient in MS Office and SQL Server. They will also be responsible for building test plans, managing multiple projects, and ensuring effective communication between technical and non-technical audiences.
