Citi is hiring a full-time Business Analytics Intermediate Analyst to support credit card and consumer banking decision management. The role analyzes operational data using SAS, SQL, or Python; evaluates portfolio, customer engagement, and profitability performance; develops data-driven recommendations; communicates insights to stakeholders; improves analytical processes; and assesses risk and regulatory compliance. Candidates need 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, hands-on data-analysis experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and preferably a master's degree in a related field.
