Citi is hiring a full-time Business Analytics Analyst 2 for its Model Governance area within the North America Consumer Bank Data Science and Modeling team. The role focuses on creating, updating, and maintaining regulatory-compliant model documentation; overseeing model inventory, validation, monitoring, and change processes; supporting fair lending compliance; and evaluating large datasets with tools such as Python, PySpark, SQL, SAS, and R. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with at least three years of data analytics experience, a master’s degree with two years of data analytics experience, or a PhD, along with experience in model risk management, financial services, statistical analysis, and deployed-model validation.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2-4 years of experience in model risk management, model validation, monitoring, reporting, and documentation in financial services
Hands-on experience with PySpark, Python, R, SAS, and Microsoft Office
Experience working with large datasets, data warehouses, and data retrieval through programming
Strong statistical analysis background with exposure to machine learning and deep learning modeling
Experience validating and maintaining deployed models in production
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in credit cards and retail banking
