Description

Muck Rack is hiring an Analytics Architect to lead the technical architecture of its AI-first business data and analytics platform. The role defines and evolves data ingestion, transformation, storage, semantic layers, AI agents, retrieval and API integrations, governance, security, and engineering practices across Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Python, and SQL, while mentoring Analytics Engineers. It requires 7+ years of modern data and analytics architecture experience and offers fully distributed remote work with compensation of €110,000–€130,000 annually in Ireland or £130,000–£150,000 annually in the United Kingdom.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years designing and evolving modern data and analytics architectures
Deep experience with modern cloud data platforms and analytics engineering practices
Experience designing scalable data models, transformation pipelines, semantic or metrics layers, and integration patterns
Experience architecting or implementing AI-enabled data systems
Strong knowledge of enterprise data governance, security, privacy, access control, and data quality practices
Experience establishing automated testing, CI/CD, observability, version control, and reliable deployment practices
Ability to set technical direction, evaluate architectural trade-offs, and influence decisions across teams
Preferred Qualifications: Experience modernizing or consolidating a fragmented enterprise data ecosystem
Experience designing semantic or metrics layers for AI-powered analytics
Experience taking AI agents or RAG-based applications from architecture through production
Experience developing reusable frameworks, standards, or platform capabilities
Mentoring engineers while remaining an individual contributor
Comfort operating in ambiguous technical environments
