Description
HSBC is hiring an experienced Business Intelligence and Regulatory Reporting Analyst for its INM Data Analytics & AI team. The role supports BI and regulatory reporting for India, manages and analyzes sales incentive programs, develops scorecards and dashboards, generates performance reports, identifies improvement opportunities, and contributes to BI and regulatory transformation through smart BI, self-service, and visualization solutions. The position requires at least 3–6 years of banking and financial services experience, 4+ years in technology or information management or 2+ years in BI or regulatory reporting, and proficiency in SAS, Python, GCP, and SQL.
