Description

PNC is seeking a Business Analytics Lead to join their Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) Data Management organization. The role involves leading data-driven initiatives, designing scalable analytical solutions, and serving as an Application Owner for ESD and Data Assets. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency in SQL Server, experience with data mart and warehouse technologies, and the ability to drive end-to-end data solution delivery.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Strong technical proficiency in SQL Server and SQL with hands-on development experience
Experience as an application or data owner, managing data assets and ensuring governance standards
Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects and make data-driven business decisions
Expertise in data marts, data warehouses, and data storage.
Extensive knowledge and experience with data processing and table/structure design
Experience with data environment management
Experience working with TOAD or comparable database tools
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Generative AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics techniques
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and their application in analytics or data workflows
Exposure to modern data innovation strategies within financial services environments
