Description
PNC is hiring a Business Analytics Lead focused on ServiceNow IT Asset Management and CMDB data governance, quality, analytics, and continuous improvement. The role partners with technology, operations, asset management, architecture, procurement, risk, and business stakeholders to improve data accuracy, compliance, asset visibility, service reliability, and operational efficiency. It includes developing executive dashboards and KPIs, supporting CMDB certification and audit readiness, driving adoption of ServiceNow capabilities, and identifying automation opportunities. The position is based in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Birmingham, Dallas, or Denver; PNC does not provide visa sponsorship or STEM OPT. The base salary is $91,000 to $185,900, with incentive eligibility.
