CookUnity is hiring a Business Analytics Manager to lead its Business Analytics team and own the analytical strategy supporting growth and retention. Reporting to the Head of Data, the manager will coach analysts, manage stakeholder demand, design and read out experiments, maintain forecasts and goal-setting, safeguard analytical quality, and partner with Data Science and Engineering. The role requires 5+ years of business, growth, or product analytics experience, 2+ years leading analysts, advanced SQL, BI and modern data-stack fluency, experimentation and causal-thinking expertise, and consumer or marketplace experience.
