Description
The Business and Data Analyst will build a single source of truth for organizational data by integrating financial and operational information across ERP, Excel, sales, and other systems. The role develops automated reporting layers, data models, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and management reports using Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central, Power BI, Power Query, DAX, SQL, and Excel; improves data quality and governance; and acts as a techno-functional bridge between Finance, business, operations, IT, and implementation partners. The position requires 5–7 years of experience in business analytics, ERP reporting, business intelligence, finance systems, or finance transformation, along with strong ERP and analytics capabilities.
