Description
The Business & Program Development Manager will identify, design, and launch new training and employment programs in high-growth sectors across Latin America, initially focused on Colombia. The role combines labor market research, employer engagement, business case development, program design, project management, stakeholder alignment, and performance tracking. It is a 12-month fixed-term contract from approximately July 2026 to July 2027, with some flexibility across Latin America, and requires 6–10+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical and project management skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.
