Description
The Business & Project Management Analyst III is a senior business analysis and project management role leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives across governance, portfolio, compliance, transformation, technology modernization, and regulatory change. The position independently manages multiple high-priority initiatives, facilitates executive and stakeholder workshops, establishes requirements governance and organizational standards, conducts impact assessments, validates business outcomes, supports CCMS workflows and end users, generates ad hoc reports, and mentors junior analysts. It requires a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of business analysis or relevant experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills, SQL preference, U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency, and the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
