Description
The Business Application Technical Lead owns the full lifecycle of mission-critical business applications, including requirements, SaaS-first or MSP architecture, implementation, cutover, hypercare, operations handover, integrations, security and compliance, SLA/KPI management, ITSM processes, release management, and continuous service improvement. The role requires a relevant degree or comparable qualification, several years of SaaS or MSP business-application support experience, strong identity and access management knowledge, integration and operational skills, and experience with regulated environments. It is based at the ruhrtech campus in Essen and offers a hybrid working model.
