MAP, part of WPP Enterprise Solutions, is hiring a Business Architect to join its Business Architecture team and support commercial opportunities and client transformation work. The role involves interviewing stakeholders, mapping operating models and marketing processes, defining roles and decision rights, developing operational playbooks and change strategies, facilitating workshops, and applying AI, automation, and data-driven insights to modernize client processes. The position is based in Copenhagen or London and requires a bachelor’s degree, 5–8 years of experience in business architecture, process consulting, organization design, change management, or a similar discipline, and strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
