Methods is hiring a Business Architect to work across client engagements in strategy, operating-model design, digital and organisational transformation, and delivery alignment. The role involves developing capability models, value streams, service maps, operating models, and transformation roadmaps; translating complex organisational challenges into decision-ready artefacts; facilitating senior-level workshops; and supporting agile, programme, and portfolio delivery. It is a senior practitioner role based at home with client-site work, requiring extensive business architecture experience, stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with public-sector or regulated industries.
