Brighterly is seeking a founder-level partner to work directly with CEO Yevhen on financial and legal operations, investor relations, market partnerships, research-to-decision work, and cross-team projects. The role is responsible for solving ambiguous problems, preparing strategic materials, filling operational gaps, and communicating with partners and teams. A strong finance or legal background, confident English, adaptability, ownership, AI tool use, and clear thinking are required; experience in consulting, startups, or academia is a plus. The position offers direct founder access, rapid growth, real responsibility from the first month, and development opportunities within SKELAR’s venture-building environment.
