Everett Community College is hiring a Business Associate Faculty member in its Business department to teach courses such as marketing, management, introduction to business, and business communications. Responsibilities include developing curriculum, delivering inclusive instruction, assessing student work, grading, maintaining records, referring students to support services, holding office hours, completing required training, responding to college communications, and staying current with business practices and research. A master’s degree in Business Administration and two years of professional expertise in a business-related field are required; college or university teaching experience is preferred. Workload, schedule, and compensation vary by quarterly assignment, and the position may be eligible for hybrid work.
