Description
The Business Relationship Manager will acquire new members, deepen relationships with existing businesses, and promote Citadel’s financial products and services through consultative selling, relationship reviews, cross-selling, and referrals. The role covers East Norriton and West Norriton, requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of commercial deposit and lending experience, and 5+ years of sales and business development experience. The position is office-based with occasional outdoor events and travel to local and out-of-town meetings.
