Citizens is hiring a Relationship Manager to develop consultative relationships with small-business clients earning one to ten million dollars annually, manage existing portfolios, drive new commercial customer relationships, and support business banking, lending, and deposit growth. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, business-to-business sales experience, and strong credit, communication, and relationship-management skills. It offers an uncapped incentive opportunity, a four-week orientation, and a Monday-to-Friday schedule of 40 hours per week.
