Description
Dayforce is seeking a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Manager to lead and support global operational resilience, including business continuity and technology disaster recovery planning, testing, exercises, incident response, remediation tracking, crisis management readiness, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role requires 5–10 years of related experience, ISO 22301 knowledge, cloud and high-availability infrastructure expertise, project management, and the ability to work during North America business hours; BCI or DRII certification and experience with BCMS platforms are advantageous.
