TARGOBANK AG is hiring a Business Continuity Manager in Düsseldorf to implement and develop the Business Continuity Management System for the TARGO Group, identify critical processes, support business impact analyses, maintain emergency plans, prepare reports, support crisis management, conduct tests and audits, and ensure compliance with legal requirements. The role requires a relevant degree or comparable qualification, several years of BCM experience, knowledge of standards such as DORA and ISO 22301, strong German and English skills, and occasional travel. The position offers full-time or part-time employment, up to 50% remote work, and a permanent contract.
