Chime is hiring a Business Control Manager to own the compliance control environment for an assigned business unit. The role partners with product, engineering, legal, and operations teams to identify regulatory risks, design and validate controls, assess control gaps, track remediation, and translate regulatory changes into control impacts. It requires at least four years of regulatory compliance, risk management, or internal controls experience in financial services or fintech, including consumer protection law experience, and offers a base salary of $101,000 to $140,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
