aaff is hiring a Business Controller in Nijmegen to serve as a permanent advisory member of management teams for two to three business units. The role focuses on strategic performance monitoring, KPI analysis, root-cause analysis, budgeting and forecasting, scenario analysis, and evidence-based advice on operational, commercial, employee, and customer developments. The controller will work closely with the HX Business Partner and other Business Control colleagues, with a management-team membership for the Northeast region beginning in 2027. The position requires a university-level degree in a relevant field and at least six years of Business Controller experience in a complex organization, and offers a full-time salary of €4,195 to €6,992.
