Description
Ayvens is seeking a Finance Control Analyst to monitor and analyze financial and operational performance, develop profitability analyses and management indicators, prepare reports and dashboards, and support monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. The role also involves analyzing business drivers, comparing results against budgets and forecasts, supporting business cases and feasibility studies, and monitoring profitability components such as commissions and volume-based rebates. Candidates should have a university degree in a relevant management, economics, finance, or accounting field, 2 to 5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, audit, or similar finance areas, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English.
