Baker Tilly is hiring a Business Controller to lead the Advisory Business Unit and serve as the Business Expert Center Controller. The role partners with the board, partners, management, and senior stakeholders to support strategy, growth, forecasts, business cases, financial scenarios, revenue and profitability improvements, KPI dashboards, process and reporting optimization, and value creation. Candidates need a master's degree in Business Economics, Accountancy, Finance & Control, at least six years of relevant business control or accountancy experience, and strong analytical, stakeholder-management, and financial-system skills.
