BAS is hiring a Business Controller / Workshop Project Manager to improve the organization and processes of its five European workshop locations. The role combines business control, operations, project management, and supplier oversight, including standardizing dashboards and working methods, analyzing workshop results, implementing improvement actions, supporting DMS implementation, evaluating suppliers and pricing agreements, and leading workshop optimization projects. Candidates should have HBO-level work and thinking ability, experience in business control, operations, or project management, strong analytical skills, dashboard and KPI experience, and good communication skills.
