Description
Bosch Energy & Building Technologies is hiring a Business Controller to report to the CFO and act as a financial partner to Business Line Managers and project and service organizations. The role covers planning and budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, profitability and working-capital analysis, management reporting, dashboards, risk identification, and continuous improvement. The preferred work base is Berkel and Rodenrijs, with Nieuwegein available, and hybrid working is expected after onboarding. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of controlling, financial analysis, or planning experience, project- or service-oriented experience, advanced Excel, ERP experience, and fluent Dutch; English proficiency is also required.
