Description
The Business Controller reports to the CFO and joins the Finance management team. The role ensures accurate ERP analytical and master data, timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing, profitability and working-capital analysis, inventory reconciliation, rebate control, policy compliance, and financial performance monitoring. It also serves as a finance business partner to four business units and one subsidiary, supports business reviews, and recommends corrective actions based on risks and variances.
