CWS Cleanrooms is seeking an experienced Business Controller to support its international Controlling team and provide financial support for operations in the Netherlands and Belgium. The role covers budgeting and midterm planning, monthly financial close, revenue recognition, accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis, reporting and forecasting, cash-flow monitoring, invoicing and payments, CapEx controlling, and profitability analysis. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or economics, 5–10 years of experience, strong analytical skills, ERP and financial software experience, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, stakeholder management abilities, and professional fluency in Dutch and English.
