The client is hiring a Business Controller in Zeebrugge to support operational business units through budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, cash-flow and CAPEX analysis, KPI-based performance challenges, and improvement initiatives. The role also involves optimizing reporting tools and control systems with a focus on AI and process automation. Candidates need a master's degree or equivalent analytical ability, 4–5 years of controlling experience, strong Excel and Power BI knowledge, and fluency in Dutch and English.
