Randstad Professional is hiring a Business Controller to provide strategic financial advice, data-driven reporting, planning and control, budgeting, and investment-scenario guidance to management teams. The role requires a higher professional or university degree in finance or business economics, at least five years of experience in management control, project control, and financial reporting, familiarity with complex project environments and corporate financial systems, and fluent Dutch and English. Compensation is a gross monthly salary of €5,600 to €7,400 based on 40 hours, with additional benefits including vacation days, pension accrual, health insurance, travel and home-workspace allowances, bonuses, training, and flexible holidays.
